72 yo f brought into ed 48 hrs after slipping on rug and falling. son found her lying on floor. on arrival, has severe pain of r hip and thigh. pulse is 126, resp 30, bp 80/40. there is marked ext rotation and shortening of r lower ext. pedal pulses present. normal sinus rhythm. cause of her hemodynamic status?

i dont quite understand the question, but if i had give an educated guess, i would say that her hip fractured, and the bone was applying pressure to the artery, clogging it. im sorry if this is not helpful
