To find the slope of a line from two point coordinates, we use the two coordinate points given and put into the slope line formula;
y2-y1=m(x2-x1) where m is our slope value.
So using our given coordinates we have;
12-2=m(5-(-3))
10=m(8)
m=5/4 or 1.25
Hope this helps. Any questions please just ask. Thank you.
