Parallel lines have the same slope, so the blue line's slope is also 1 .

If you didn't know that, you could work out the slope using the 2 points on the line that they gave you. The slope is

(difference in the y-values of the points)
divided by
(difference in their x-values)

If the slope of the red line is one, the slope of the green line is also one. That's because parallel lines have the same slope.
