A first-degree burn is superficial and has similar characteristics to a typical sunburn, with red skin and minor pain. You can usually treat the first-degree burn as a minor burn, however, if it involves much of the hands, feet, face, groin, buttocks or a major joint, seek emergency medical attention. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
