atomic mass Cl = 35.45 amu
therefore:
Cl% = ( atomic mass Cl / molar mass NaCl ) * 100
Cl % = ( 35.45 / 58.44 ) * 100
Cl% = 0.606 * 100
Cl = 60.66 %
