Hello!

To solve this we will use the Pythagorean Theorem, which is a²+b²=c², where a and b represent the legs and c represents the hypotenuse. We add up the squares of the legs and find the square root of our answer to find the length of the hypotenuse.

144+324=468
√468≈21.63

Therefore, the length of the hypotenuse is 21.63.

I hope this helps!

Hello!

You have to use the Pythagorean Theorem

a² + b² = c²

a = 12
12² = 12 × 12 = 144

b = 18
18² = 18 × 18 = 324

144 + 324 = 468

√468 = 21.6(rounded)

Answer ⇒ 21.6

Hope this helps! :)
