For this case we have the following expression:

(x^2+x-6)/(x^2-2x-15)
Factoring the numerator we have:

((x+3)(x-2))/(x^2-2x-15)
Factoring the denominator we have:

((x+3)(x-2))/((x-5)(x+3))
Canceling similar terms we have:

((x-2))/((x-5))
Answer:
the folowing is equal to the rational expression when x is not equal to 5 or -3:

((x-2))/((x-5))
Note: it seems that the answer is not between the options given. Please check the options again and verify that they are well written.
