The vertex form is

y = a {(x - h)}^(2) + k
where (h,k) is the vertex, and a is the coefficient.

On the graph, the vertex is point (2,0), so our vertex form is

y = {(x - 2)}^(2) + 0
which is answer D. We remove the a, since the parabola is not stretched, just shifted.
