Explain the difference between simple linear and multiple linear regression. (Site 2)

in simple linear, there's a single independent variable to predict the value of a dependent variable. while the multiple linear, there's two more independent variable to predict the value of a dependent variable. get it? single, one. and multiple, two. hope this helps :)))
