a. is a rational number because it is a decimal that doesn't go on forever.
b. is an irrational number because it never ends but doesn't repeat.
c. I think that this one is rational because it ends and doesn't repeat.

2 irrational because the number doesn't have a stopping point
3 irrational because the root is not a perfect number
4 x=785
5 x-135=650
7 just simply add 135 to 650
