Yes, there are.
There are two main groups: Plant and animal cells.
These to cells differ mainly in their structure and organelles, for each organism functions differently.
There are other types of cells which are not considered a group by themselves because they are just a bit different, (you could call them variations, or disabled if you like) for the fact that they have abnormalities like cancerous cells for example.
