|c-10|=19
c-10=19 c-10=-19
+10=+10 +10=+10
c=29 c=-9

If the absolute value does not change the sign of its argument,
c - 10 = 19
c = 29
if the absolute value changes the sign of its argument,
c - 10 = -19
c = -9
_____
On a graph, you can look for the places where |c-10| - 19 = 0
