I'm not quite sure where your lines start and end on your answers. There appear to be extra commas. If your options are:
-4, -1, -1.6, 3.2
-4, -1, -1.6, 3.2
-4, -1.6, -1, 3.2
-1, -1.6, -4, 3.2
then the answer is the third one, or C
-4, -1.6, -1, 3.2
