Answer: increase his activity and exercise levels and add more calories to gradually gain weight.

Andy’s goal is to increase his level of activity and exercise, and he wants to return to his previous weight, two months ago. He is not trying to lose weight but he is losing one pound per week following his present food consumption. Eating the same number of calories will not add weight to him. So in order for him not to become underweight, he must increase his activity and exercise levels and add more calories to gradually gain weight.
