The given statement is "If I am in my kitchen, then I am at home"

The converse of this is "If I am at home, then I am in the kitchen"

The given statement is true because the kitchen can only be at home and not anywhere else

The converse is NOT TRUE because at home you can be in the kitchen, bed room, bath room, the living room, the dining room, in the garage or in the garden. It does not mean that one has to be in the kitchen when one is at home.
