cos ∠PRQ = PR/QR = 12.7/14.1 ≈ 0.9 ⇒
m∠PRQ ≈ 26°
If you're looking for m∠PQR, then:
m∠PQR
= 90° - m∠PRQ ≈ 90° - 26° ≈
64°
