A is true because a circle completely inside of a triangle could never reach the corner.

B is false because it is automatically determined to be smaller.

C is true because that is a property of inscribing circles.

D is false because circle is fit inside of the triangle.

E is true because if the circle is inscribed in the triangle, the triangle is circumscribed. it is the inverse relationship.
