The Y-intercept is where the line crosses the Y axis on X=0.

The line crosses at Y=4, so the Y intercept is 4.

The slope is positive if the line increases from left to right, or it is negative if it decreases from left to right.

The line in this graph is decreasing from left to right, so the slope is a negative value.

The only answer with a negative slope and a y-intercept of 4 is the first choice.
