13yo girl 2/6, holosystolic murmur heard best over left fifth intercostal space adjacent to the sternum; it increases with inspiration. abnormality of which valves?

The answer would be tricuspid valves. The valves are usually heard at the left lower sternum that has a holosystolic murmur that is over the right ventricle. It increases during inspiration and increase volume in the right ventricle with the negative pressure.
