let the other zero be z then
z = a + sqrtb 1
----------- * ------------
a^2 - b a - sqrtb
= 1 / (a - sqrt b)^2
Polynomial is:-
(x - (a - sqrtb) ) ( x - 1 / (a - sqrtb)^2))
which expands to (a - sqrt b)^2 x^2 - (1 + (a - sqr b)^3 ) x + a - sqr tb
