The best place to include volunteer experience in the application form provided is under "Employment history".

In the employment history field the applicant should include every job experience that adds value to his/her expertise.

It is very important to include volunteer experience in this field of the application form, even if is a non-paid job, because it shows that the applicant has acquired know-how, skills and understanding on a given area.
