we know that
if e
ach of the dimensions of a pyramid are doubled
then
scale factor=2
so
volume of the new pyramid=scale factor³*volume of the original pyramid
volume of the new pyramid=2³*volume of the original pyramid
volume of the new pyramid=8*volume of the original pyramid
therefore
the answer is
The new pyramid has a volume that is 8 times the volume of the original pyramid
