Satellites usually park in between the low and high flyers, so to travel in elliptical paths to satelites that travel in circular path would be b.Elliptical satellites don't have a constant speed, but circular satellites do

I would say B). because elliptical satellites don't have a constant speed but circular satellites do thrust that is greater than the earth gravity.
