Here we have equation:
h(x) = 3x - 7

Domain = {-4, -2, 0, 2, 4}

For
x = -4, h(-4) = 3(-4) - 7 = - 19
x = -2, h(-2) = 3(-2) - 7 = - 13
x = 0, h(0) = 3(0) - 7 = - 7
x = 2, h(2) = 3(2) - 7 = - 1
x = 4, h(4) = 3(4) - 7 = 5

So, range = {-19, -13, -7, -1, 5}
