This in the context of medical codes and whether or not they should be bundles. The first surgical procedure is most probably a pterygium excision with autograft and its CPT code is 65426. The second procedure will require a pars plana vitrectomy with a CPT code of 67036. These codes for the two procedures are separately reportable.
