Wrinkles are due to the loss of collagen as you age. why don't topical ointments work on the cause of wrinkles

Because there are no wrinkle cream that get rid of wrinkle. So when you see a wrinkle cream and it tells you that it will get rid of the wrinkle you have, it wont. Wrinkle creams just add temporarily moisture to the skin.
