First of all, I would recommend psychological screening tests for the team as most of the time, unethical behavior stems from the psychological upbringing of the team members. Once screened, team members with propensity to unethical behavior shall be counseled. Another one is promoting proper communication in the workplace as communication is the key to alleviate misunderstandings that lead to unethical or unprofessional behavior in the workplace. Lastly, I would recommend team building activities outside the workplace as this can strengthen team members' bonds and often prevent unethical or unprofessional behavior towards each other or towards the workplace.
