What is the equation of a circle with a center located at 0, -2 in a circumference of 16*3.14

circumference = 3.14 * 2 * r = 3.14 * 16 so r = 8

general equation is (x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2

So our Equation is x^2 + (y + 2)^2 = 64 (answer)
