What is the point and slope in the given equation: y + 4 = 2(x - 3)

The equation which this is written in is as follows:


y- y_(1)=m(x- x_(1))

where m = slope,
x_(1) and
y_(1) are the point.

So we can then extrapolate both the slope and the point from this equation.

Using the equation I have written above, m (the slope) is equal to 2, and the point is going to be (3, -4).
