First you would take the GCF which would be 3 and then you factor out the u which would be u^3. Then you would divide each number by 3u^3. Leaving you with 8u^2+22u+15 then to factor complete lay you would take two multiples of 8 and two multiples of 15 leaving you with 3u^3(4u+5)(2u+3). Your answer is D!
