The OSH ACT would serve as a guide for the roles and responsibilities of the occupational health team such as the occupational health nurses. The aim is for them to provide clinical care as well as setting up programs aiming at the promotion of health, protection as well as prevention of disease. Under the OSH law, the employers should be responsible in providing a safe workplace.
