4x + 12 ≤ 2(x + 3)
4x + 12 ≤ 2x + 6
2x ≤ -6
x ≤ -3
This means that x is less than or equal to -3. The filled in dot on the no. line means that x could equal -3, and the arrow to the left of the dot indicates that x could be less than -3 also.
