we know that
the equation of the circle in standard form is
(x-h)²+(y-k)²=r²
where
(h,k) is the center of the circle
and
r is the radius

in this problem
(h,k) is (8, 0)
and radius r=
√3 units
so
(x-h)²+(y-k)²=r²-----> (x-8)²+(y-0)²=(√3)²---->(x-8)²+y²=3

the answer is
(x-8)²+y²=3
