Simplify each inequality independents.
2x + 3 < 19 and 2x - 3 ≤-7
2x <19 -3 2x ≤ -7 +3
2x < 16 2x ≤ -4
x <8 x ≤ -2


The solution set for all real numbers x are that will satisfy both inequalities are: (-2, -3, -4, -5 .......)
