I would say the best answer is probably D. Sarcasm
Tybalt asks to have a word and Mercutio responds aggressively. A modern translation may be equivalent to something like this: "What? You only want a word? Why don't you make something of it and hit us while you're at it?"
I don't think any of the other options really fit. Hope this helps!
