The reason dictatorship is not considered a monarchy is because they are different. A dictatorship is an office that has gotten through with force. Well on the other hand a monarchy which is also called a crown is a reign or rule that is passed on through generations. But dictatorship in monarchy a different terms used by the government they are similar in the sense that both have insured the power of the people but they are different.
