Democracy is defined as “rule by the people.” Do you feel like you have a voice in American society/government? Explain.

I feel like i do have a voice because I have the right to vote for who I want to be in office, and I have the right to run for office, under certain conditions. The government officials are elected by the people who vote, and that Is a voice in itself.
I also have the right to protest to make a point known and brought to light.
