Acinar cells present in the acinus gland would be the secreting cells that are lining the acinus that of the pancreas in order to produce pancreatic enzymes. The answer then on the scenario would be Acinar cells- water, electrolytes, enzymes and mucus. Hope this is the answer and would be of help.

Answer: Acini cells—water, electrolytes, mucus and enzymes

The Acini cells are clusters of cells, which is the basic secretory units of salivary glands. These cells secretes fluid that contains water, electrolytes, mucus and enzymes, which flow out of the acinus into collecting ducts. On the other hand, acinar cells secrete proteins such as the enzyme salivary amylase.
