!!!PLS HELP AND ANSWER!!!

Write an essay in which you critique and evaluate how the author of “Tipping System Exacerbates Unfair Pay at Restaurants” builds an argument to convince her audience that restaurant workers deserve fair wages from their employers instead of tips. In your essay, explain and evaluate how Kathleen Kingsbury uses one or more of the features in the directions that precede the passage (or features of your own choosing) to develop her argument. Be sure that your critique focuses on the most relevant features of the passage. Your essay should not explain whether you agree with Kingsbury's claims. Instead it should explain and evaluate how Kingsbury builds an argument to persuade the audience.

Answer: In the essay ' tipping system exacerbates unfair pay at restaurants' ' it's talking about how the tipping system is messed up and I agree with what the author is talking about. I feel as though the waiter and waitress should get paid more for what they do instead of 2 dollar and some cents and hours . i believe that's basically working for anything because what if you don't get a tip then you wouldn't have made any money. The author of “Tipping System Exacerbates Unfair Pay at Restaurants” builds an argument to convince her audience that restaurant workers deserve fair wages from their employers instead of tips. by getting paid a certain wage they would know what to expect and if the job is for them.

In the hook of "tipping system exacerbates unfair pay at restaurants " the speaker is attempting to grab the attention of the readers and the restaurants. She makes a good approach and comes with her claim very strong .

Explanation: This is all I got
