$9x^3+2x-4=(3x-2)*(3x^2+2x+2) \\Remainder\ is\ 0\\\\if\ x \\eq (2)/(3) \\\\(9x^3+2x-4)/(3x-2)=((3x-2)*(3x^2+2x+2) )/(3x-2) =3x^2+2x+2$
