2x + 4y = 6
4y = -2x + 6
y = -1/2x + 3/2
slope = -1/2
y = mx + b
y = -1/2x + b
At point (6, 4)
4 = -1/2(6) + b
4 = -3 + b
b = 7
Equation : y = -1/2x + 7
