Use the formula for finding the volume of a sphere

V = (4)/(3)\pi r^3

where V is the volume and r the radius

r = diameter/2 = 9.5/2 = 4.75


V = (4)/(3)\cdot\pi\cdot 4.75^3

Using value of
\pi = 3.14,


V = (4)/(3)\cdot\ 3.14\cdot 4.75^3


V = (4)/(3)\cdot\ (3.14)\cdot (107.171)
\approx\;448.69
= 449 (rounded to nearest cubic in)
