1) Transactor
2) Transformer
3) Relater
4) Overseer
But to answer the query that which type of leader sets high expectations but lacks empathy the answer is, "The Transactors", because transactional leaders, who have a high process and low people focus tend to be directive in their leadership style. As the name suggests, they are naturally comfortable creating clear boundaries between themselves and their team members. Therefore, they tend to provide consistent and clear expectations, but also can be demanding and lack empathy, which hinders their ability to build strong relationships and engage with employees.
