if x = 1 then
f(x) = 4 and g(x) = 4
if x = 2 then f(x) = 6 and g(x) = 2 .....6 > 2 so f(x) > g(x)

9) not sure about #9
but i think

P(t) = Po (1 + r)^t
in this case r = 0.19 = 19% so think you got it right but not really sure
