rate equation for the reaction is as follows
Rate = k [A]³[B]²
concentration of A = 2 M
concentration of B = 3 M
k - rate constant - 0.01
as this is a 5th order reaction, units for rate constant are M⁻⁴s⁻¹
substituting these values in the equation

Rate = k [A]³[B]²
rate = 0.01 M⁻⁴s⁻¹ x (2 M)³ x (3 M)²
rate = 0.01 x 8 x 9 = 0.72
rate of the reaction is 0.72 M/s
