Answer: 0.121212121

Step-by-step explanation:
(99)/(1)=
(12)/(x)

Cross multiply

99x= 12

divide both sides by 99

(99x)/(99) =(12)/(99)

99 cancel 99 leaving x =
(12)/(99)=
(4)/(33)

in decimal

x= 0.121212121

Hello There!

The answer you are looking for is **8.25**.

Step-by-step explanation:

If you do 8.25*12, you will get 99.

```Fact checking:
8.25*2= 16.50
8.25*4= 33.00
8.25*6= 49.50
8.25*8= 66.00
8.25*10= 82.50
and finally 8.25*12= 99.00
Since it is in inches- it would be 8 1/4in. or 20.955cm.
Hope this helps :)
