Answer: x=-1, y=2

Explanation:

4x + 5y = 6

6x - 7y = -20

(4x + 5y = 6)*1.5

6x + 7.5y = 9

6x - 7y = -20

7.5y-(-7y)=9-(-20)

7.5y+7y=9+20

14.5y=29

y=2

4x + 5y = 6

4x + 5(2) = 6

4x+10=6

4x=-4

x=-1
