Answer:

The answer to your question is letter A

Explanation:

Percent of blue pigment Milliliters

ink A 10% 4

ink B --- 10

Total volume 35% 14

Formula

Total percent x total volume = (percent ink A x A milliliters) +

(percent ink B x B milliliters)

Substitution

(0.35 x 14) = ( 0.1 x 4) + (B x 10)

Solve for B

4.9 = 0.4 + 10B

10B = 4.9 - 0.4

10B = 4.5

B = 4.5/10

B = 0.45 x 100

B = 45%
