Causes for Waverly being successful at chess:
Waverly devotes herself to the game and gets involved to the extent that she
starts believing that the game is real
. This notion of reality helps her win every game.
Waverly's family
insist her to practice
the game more and more and put no other responsibility on her shoulders.
Effects of Waverly being successful at chess:
Waverly is able to give very
little time to her family
and she herself gets very less family time.
Waverly has become
complacent because of her success.
