For a function, there cannot be a repeat of xs unless every one goes to the same y. So for instance if (3,4)(3,5) were in the list this would not be a function because 3 is used twice but goes to a different number each time.

If the list had (3,4) twice so (3,4)(3,4), that could still be a function.

In your list There are no repeating xs, so you don't even need to check. It is a function.
